$100 per tour with a minimum of 5 tours.
Yes, you must get at least five tours.

You'd be surprised, It is pretty simple to get five tours out of any property. Take a hotel for example. You have the outside of the hotel, the driveway, the pool area, a single room, a double room, the view from the balcony, gift shop, lobby, the bar or restaurant, or the recreation center. That's 10 right there.

With the exception of DFW, travel and accommodation expenses are expected. I do not mind staying at the hotel or facility we are photographing. Travel arrangements and acommidations are negotiable, after all, I like to travel.
